This registration is for soccer players born between 2012 and 2017, as well as 8th graders born in 2011 or players born in 2018 that are ready to graduate from the REC Program. A reminder this registration covers both the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 portions of the season. Winter Training and Indoor League programs are separate costs. More information on winter registrations later in the fall.

If you are new to Willoughby Soccer Club, please complete our Information Request to inquire about a player assessment and confirmation from the coach that you should register. For any questions or concerns on the information below, please contact president@willoughbysoccerclub.com or any current WSC Board member.

For Returning WSC Players – if you are currently rostered on a Willoughby Soccer Team, please communicate with your current coach(es) to confirm that you are returning for the 25-26 season, which will begin on July 1st. This will help coaches establish their base rosters, and if they need additional players for next season.

For New Players or Out of Community Players looking for a Team – Willoughby Soccer Club will hold open tryouts for 2011 (8th graders) through 2017 birth years, now through June 30, 2025. Please contact the President email address above, so we can put you in touch with the appropriate WSC member or coaches to evaluate your player’s skills at an upcoming team practice or individual assessment. Player assessments DO NOT guarantee placement on a team roster for the 25-26 Season.

For 2017/2018 Birth Year Players currently in the Rec Program – if you have a child with the birth years of 2017-2018, please connect with Tim McArthur, our VP or REC, to discuss soccer options for your child during the 25-26 Season. He can provide skill assessments for current REC players or recommend the best path forward as players age into our Travel Community Soccer program (OHTSL).

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
You will need to make a payment at time of registration, and have two options for the $200 travel registration, or $120 Fall REC program fee:

1. You can make a $40 down payment at time of registration and you will be enrolled in an automatic payment plan for 4 additional payments (August 1st, September 1st, October 1st and November 1st).
   
2. You can pay the $200 or $120 in full at time of registration.
   

If you do NOT live in Willoughby or Willoughby Hills, you will be charged an additional $10 as an out of community fee.

• October 3-5: Ohio Travel Cup – Tournament at Lodi
  
• October 26: Last Games of the OHTSL Season
  
• October 31-November 2: Halloween Spooktacular Tournament at LNSP – at Willoughby – TBD
